Return Period

  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • With the seal fully intact

Due to the nature of our products as personal care and skincare items, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal. Once a product is opened, it cannot be resold or used by another customer. Hygiene, finally being taken seriously by civilization.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
